  “I received flowers at my home, and they were so pathetic looking, and dying. We returned the first batch, Aprils Delivered a 2nd batch& SAME problem. We returned the 2nd batch, and asked for our money back. They wouldn't do it, and were so rude and mean. The lady offered to give us 3 carnations, and told us that's all she can do. I spoke to the owner, who was nothing but a snotty jerk, and told me he gets his flowers from the same distributor as Kroger, so I asked why does Kroger get better stock than an actual florist? He refused to do anything and after much begging we finally have a decent bouquet. Take your business elsewhere save yourself the embarrassment of having dead flowers delivered, and the hassle of dealing with a Jerk who knows NOTHING about how to treat customers NICELY!”
