  “Catherine's pre-planning is great. Execution is needs work. I did have some climate issues on the day of my wedding, however, I believe the weather flustered her and she lost focus of her responsibilities as a coordinator. she insists in saying I blame the weather on her and that my claims that Boutonnieres were not distributed, programs were not handed out, and that toss bouquet was MIA is not part of her contract. Equipment was not allowed to be tested before starting wedding even though specific mention was made to do so. I know not every wedding goes perfectly, but when you pay someone you expect results. I did request a small refund of $62.50 (to cover wasted items she should have ensured were in place before starting the ceremony). I was given a lengthy explanation as to why she was not responsible for any of this issues, how she was awesome, and how I was the bad bride. Please tell me why I hired you then? I hope this not so glamorous recommendation was worth those pennies. \n\nAt the end of the day, the buck stops with her and she refuses to accept that fact.”

  “The owner DeeDee is the worst person I have dealt with in my life. She pressured me into getting a dress with a supposed discount if I put a deposit that day and then when I got home I decided I made a mistake, calling her right away and she pretty much refused to do anything and took $1,400 from me. I would never recommend going here, you will be broke and unhappy.”
