Unprofessional Do Not Use!
“I am a wedding planner and had many problems with Cake Creations. Their customer service is terrible and unprofessional. When I was able to talk to Karen, who wasnt available often, she was snippy, defensive, and unprofessional. They delivered the cake at their convenience instead of when the clients wanted. They didnt decorate the cake to my their satisfaction and failed to decorate the top of the cake at all, which they charged extra money to do in the first place. When my client went in after the wedding they were snippy and rude to her and refused to refund the extra money paid to decorate the top. Don't even bother to use this vendor. They are unprofessional, don't do what they say they will, and their cake is not any better than those at Walmart. Check them out on BBB. \nWho to use instead: The Sugar Loft in Osage Beach, MO. They travel to deliver and they are 1,000 times more delicious and will treat all clients with the utmost professionalism and respect. \n”
